This website is for general information about Tranquil Tides Psychiatry and its services. Nothing on it is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. Using this site, including any form on it, does not create a provider-patient relationship.

The forms on this site collect contact information only: your name, your email, and a phone number if you choose to give one. Please do not include symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or other health details in a website form or in an email to us. Email and web forms are not secure channels for health information. Anything clinical belongs in a visit or in the channels we set up with you as a patient.

This website itself does not collect, store, or transmit protected health information. How we handle your health information once you are a patient is covered in our Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this website policy.
